Thomas J. Reiter

A 1976 graduate of the University of Minnesota, with a B.A.S in Personnel Administration. Mr. Reiter graduated from William Mitchell College of Law in 1983. He is an attorney licensed in Minnesota and Federal Court. Thomas J. Reiter founded the firm in 1983 and has over 25 years experience handling non-judicial and judicial foreclosures throughout the State of Minnesota for mortgage servicers. Mr. Reiter has created a service oriented law firm that provides expertise in all aspects of legal matters related to the foreclosure process. Mr. Reiter is a member of the American Bar Association, Minnesota Bar Association and the Ramsey County Bar Association – Real Estate Section.

Rebecca F. Schiller

A 1989 graduate of the University of Minnesota, magna cum laude, with a B.A. in Political Science. Ms. Schiller graduated, magna cum laude, from William Mitchell College of Law in 1992. She is an attorney licensed in the State of Minnesota and Federal Court and has been with the firm since 1992. Ms. Schiller has handled and supervised all aspects of the foreclosure process but currently specializes in litigation and title claim resolution. Ms. Schiller has been a shareholder and partner in the firm since 1999, and became CEO in 2011. Ms. Schiller is a member of the American Bar Association; Minnesota State Bar Association and the Ramsey County Bar Association. Ms. Schiller has presented at continuing legal education programs for attorneys and sheriffs on foreclosure related topics.

Sarah J.B. Adam

A 2000 graduate of the University of Minnesota with a B.A. in Sociology and a minor in Psychology. Mrs. Adam graduated from William Mitchell College of Law in 2003. She is an attorney licensed in the State of Minnesota and Federal Court and has been an attorney with the firm since 2003, specializing in five week redemption actions,; action foreclosures; rescission actions and deeds in lieu of foreclosure. Mrs. Adam is a shareholder and partner of the firm since 2007, and is a member of the American Bar Association, Minnesota State Bar Association and the Ramsey County Bar Association.

Brian F. Kidwell

A 1979 graduate of the College of St. Thomas, summa cum laude. Mr. Kidwell graduated, summa cum laude, from William Mitchell College of Law in 1982. Mr. Kidwell has over twenty-five years of experience in the field of bankruptcy including ten years as a Chapter 7 trustee and five years as an adjunct professor of bankruptcy law at William Mitchell College of Law. Mr. Kidwell joined the firm in 2009 as the bankruptcy supervisor and also specializes in litigation. Mr. Kidwell is an attorney licensed in the State of Minnesota and Federal Court. He is a member of the Dakota County Bar Association as well as an active member of the Bankruptcy Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association. Mr. Kidwell has been a frequent presenter at continuing education seminars on bankruptcy topics.

Kibong Fondungallah

A 1995 graduate of the University of Yaounde, Cameroon – West Africa, with a Bachelor of Law Degree. Mrs. Fondungallah graduated from William Mitchell College of Law in 2002. She is an attorney licensed in the State of Minnesota and Federal Court and has been with the firm since 2005 as an attorney specializing in mediations; evictions; action foreclosures and redemptions. Mrs. Fondungallah is a shareholder and partner of the firm since 2007, and is a member of the American Bar Association,; Minnesota State Bar Association; Hennepin County Bar Association and the Minnesota Association of Black Lawyers.

Curt N. Trisko

A 2007 graduate of the University of Minnesota with a B.A. in Psychology. Mr. Trisko went on to graduate from the University of Minnesota law school in the Winter of 2010. He is an attorney licensed in the state of Minnesota, Federal Court, and the state of New York. In New York, Mr. Trisko handled a wide variety of cases, regarding anything from larceny to securities, and served several of the ethnic communities who reside and do business in New York City. He joined the firm in 2011 and specializes in litigation, non-judicial foreclosures, and evictions. Mr. Trisko is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Ramsey County Bar Association.

James J. Pauly

A 1975 graduate of Saint John’s University with a degree in Government and Social Science. Mr. Pauly graduated from William Mitchell College of Law in 1979. He is an attorney licensed in the State of Minnesota and Federal Court and has been with the firm for four years as an attorney specializing in complex title examination; title claims resolution and proceedings subsequent actions. Mr. Pauly was previously in private practice until 1987 when he was appointed as the Anoka County Examiner of Titles. He served in that capacity for 18 years, also acting as a District Court referee in real estate matters. Mr. Pauly is a shareholder and partner in the firm. Mr. Pauly is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association; Hennepin County Bar Association and the American Foreclosure Network. He is also an active member of the Legislative Committee of the state bar association’s Real Property Section.
